We offer a very personal and professional service, which includes a visit to the proposed site for your house, to determine if a soil test is required.
We can then advise you accordingly as to which foundations would be best suited. In most cases we recommend piling but if you are on good ground, conventional Thai pad foundations may be acceptable.
Should you wish, we can offer the services of our excellent team of architects, who are very talented and creative in turning basic sketches from our customers into wonderful house designs; and ultimately producing an architectural plan and working drawings, along with agreed structural specifications, which will be signed off by our structural engineers.
These plans will not only ensure that your home is built to the required standards of excellence; they will also be essential in order to obtain your build permit from the local government authorities; a process which we will take care of on your behalf.
Once we have the plans, we will provide a fixed price quotation for the construction of the house, along with a detailed scope of works.
We allow you to choose all finishing materials such as floor and wall tiles, sanitary ware and kitchen units etc.
We will provide provisional sums for these items, although the actual cost will depend on your personal choices.
The construction cost of all our projects is calculated on an individual basis. All of our houses are built to a high, western standard quality.
The total cost will be determined by the standard of finishing materials, which will be covered by your choices in the provisional sums.
Our prices are competitive, as all our long serving construction workers are local Thai employees.
Project management is controlled by our experienced team of foreign nationals, who will ensure that your perfect home is built on time, within budget and to the highest quality.
